ITPS Voice is a service of IT Pro Services LLC ("ITPS", "we"), Jacksonville, Florida. This policy explains what information we handle when you visit itpsvoice.com, when you use ITPS Voice as a business customer, and when you call or text a business that uses ITPS Voice.
Information we collect
- Business customers: name, business name, email, phone numbers, billing details (processed by Stripe; we don't store full card numbers), business information you give us to set up your receptionist, and connected calendar data needed to book appointments.
- Callers and texters: phone number, call audio and recordings, transcripts, and details a caller shares, such as name, address and the service they need. We handle this on behalf of the business they called.
- Website visitors: basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited.
How we use it
We use this information to answer and route calls, book appointments, send call summaries and confirmations, provide support, bill for the service, and improve how the receptionist answers for each business. We do not sell personal information.
Text messages (SMS)
Businesses using ITPS Voice may send texts such as appointment confirmations, missed-call follow-ups and call summaries. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the business the caller contacted and with service providers that run the service for us, such as telephone carriers (Twilio), AI speech and language providers, calendar providers you connect, hosting, and Stripe for payments. They may use it only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Recordings and retention
Calls may be recorded and transcribed so the business can review them. Businesses choose how long recordings are kept. We delete account data within 90 days after a business cancels, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and limited staff access to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected customers of a breach as required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing legal@it-ps.net. If you called a business that uses ITPS Voice, you can also contact that business directly.
