Terms of service

These terms cover your use of ITPS Voice, provided by IT Pro Services LLC ("ITPS", "we"), Jacksonville, Florida. By starting a trial or subscription, you agree to them on behalf of your business.

The service

ITPS Voice answers calls to your business, takes messages, books appointments on calendars you connect, transfers urgent calls, and sends texts and summaries. It is an automated system and can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing bookings and messages, and for the information you give us to answer callers.

Plans, billing and minutes

• Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance through Stripe. A card is required to start the 14-day free trial; you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
• Each plan includes a set number of call minutes per month. Extra minutes are billed at the published rate. Unused minutes do not roll over.
• The one-time setup fee, when it applies, is billed when setup starts.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Founding-offer prices are locked for the period stated in the offer.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel any time; service continues to the end of the paid period. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days after your first payment, we will refund that first monthly subscription payment on request. Setup fees and extra-minute charges are not refundable once the work or usage has happened.

Your responsibilities

• Use the service lawfully, including laws on call recording, telemarketing and text messaging (such as the TCPA). Tell callers when calls are recorded where the law requires it.
• Do not use ITPS Voice for emergency services, medical triage, or to collect payment card numbers by voice.
• Keep your account login secure and your business information accurate.

Your data

Your business owns its call recordings, transcripts and customer data. We process them to provide the service as described in our privacy policy.

Limits of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, ITPS is not liable for lost profits, missed jobs or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes and contact
